London Gay Tours offers activities, tours and airport transfers run by third party LGBT or LGBT-friendly providers. London Gay Tours is not responsible for the mishaps that can happen to our customers during the development of an activity, tour or/and Airport Transfer. All our providers have the necessary licenses and insurance for running their activities, tours and transfers.
FARES AND PRICES
All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and voucher(s) are issued. Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless we advises otherwise.
YOUR VOUCHER AND DEPARTURE POINT
Please present your voucher/confirmation 15-20 minutes before departure to the staff at departure point of your tour. The location of the departure point can be found in the description of the tour and is stated on your booking confirmation. We can not be held responsible for clients showing up late for their activities, tours or/and transfers.
AVAILABILITY
The travel products and services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Service is confirmed when the customer recieves confirmation from London Gay Tours or the provider.
IMPORTANT
We request that you carefully check the dates on your voucher and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.
CANCELLATION & CHANGE POLICIES
Cancellations:
- Cancellation made upto 7 days in advance has a penalty of 20% of the payment.
- Cancellation made from 7 days up to 2 days in advance has a penalty of 50% of the payment.
- Cancellation within 2 days or No Show has a penalty of 100% of the payment.
Changes:
- Due to the high demand of tours we can not guarantee changes till confirmation from the provider. A £10.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation.
To cancel or make any changes the activity, tour or/and transfers, you should send your request with the booking number to London Gay Tours through our Contact Form or sending an Email to hello@londongaytours.com
